Background: Why am I doing this??
After graduating in 2008, the worst year EVER to graduate from college with loads of school debt and the worst time to find work since the Great Depression, I had to get creative. I tried out a few ventures, went back to school and took out more loans. Finally, after starting a family between then and now, I think I have finally gotten to the point where I can make it on the internet! I started my first blog in 2010 and made a few dollars with Adsense and got very informed on Internet Marketing as well as Real Estate Investing, which is in EVERY SINGLE MILLIONAIRES PORTFOLIO, and am on my way to finally making job-replacing profit this year from marketing and real estate. It does take guts and having to go against family advice, which to some, is their indicator that they are about to make it big. So , without further ado, here is my quick story:
Undergraduate Degree in Pre-Physical Therapy, Psychology and Philosophy. My only hope was to go to Graduate School, but maxed out my loans! Agh!
Worked as an Independent Contractor till 2012 doing various Physical and Fitness Training/Instructing for clients, Physical Therapists and others in the Health Community. Yoga and Pilates Certified along with Cross-Fit knowledgable with basic certifications. Success in training individuals with great recovery and fitness results (more on that on my other blog). Had to get immersed in the marketing field, referral business, internet marketing, advertising, website and Google Business platforms, networking with successful individuals. Great Experience in the Sillcon Valley Area!
However, after a while, needed a more stable income, so I switched to teaching where I got paid AND got benefits whether I hit my income goals that month or not or was healthy or not! What?? Teaching?? Yes. and it is the hardest job thus far I have ever done! Luckily, after getting back into researching other income opportunities int eh summer, I have become somewhat of an expert on how to generate an income online so that I can continue to teach part-time because I love it and be with my kids more often.
